Hello. Thank you for the message. It means that a paper ticket has to be printed here on a special paper and it has to be delivered to your home/work/European hotel/picked up in the tourist office in Prague. The booking can be done on this site. E-tickets are delivered by email and printed at home by customers. The booking can be done on this site. Kind regards, Pavla
