Could You please point to the site with map of railway in Czech republic?
I would like to plan may bicycle journey and can't to find it in ‚Main Czech
international train (railway) connections‘.
And what is the regulation, extra payment of bicycle transportation by public
bus lines, for example, Prague -Špindlerův Mlýn ? What is the best way to go
there by public transport and bicycle in luggage?

For the way from Prague to Spindleruv Mlyn, there is no train connection only
direct buses. And you will be able to take a bike with you if the bike will be
in a special travel box and additional payment for extra luggage will be +/-
10 euro. Payment only in cash on the bus.

For the way from Prague to Spindleruv Mlyn, there is no train connection only direct buses. And you will be able to take a bike with you if the bike will be in a special travel box and additional payment for extra luggage will be +/- 10 euro. Payment only in cash on the bus.
