To whom it may concern,
I am an American citizen. I will fly to Europe this fall.
On October 3, 2019 I will ride in Railjet train from Budapest Kelenfold, Hungary to Innsbruck, Austria via Vienna (Wien HBF). I bought a one-way train ticket that is now confirmed. I ordered it through the website a week ago.
RJ Train #62 departs from Budapest Kelenfold train station at 9:55 AM and arrives Wien HBF Train station at 12:21 PM (12:21). The next train RJX #862 departs from that place at 12:30 PM (12:30) and arrives Innsbruck HBF at 4:44 PM (16:44).
So, I read itinerary, I found out that it said that I would have to be transferred from Railjet #62 to Railjet #862 in 9 minutes. It seems that is too short time. I do not like the way I walk in hurry to catch the next train because I do not know how far I can reach the next train #862 at platform on time.
I am very concerned about how I can be transferred from RJ #62 to RJX #862 in 9-minute walk. I do not know how far between the train platforms where the RJ #62 stops and RJX #862 departs. Please tell me where I can find the track number is for #62 and for #862 and help me it is easy way to get from train platform to train platform that is where the RJX #862 arrives. I thought if both of RJ #62 and RJX #862 get there on the same platform, that would be great.
