    I bought 2 train tickets from Prague to Písek for 28 Euro. (700 CZK) Then I got the e-ticket where I can see the price 200 CZK. I asked for the explanation and got this answer: 'The price which you paid us includes all fees, tickets a seat reservation, administration and banking fees, vat according to our terms which you must read and agreed with them before you had done your order.

    The price on the tickets is per km only and does not include all fees.'

    Now we are traveling to Písek.

    The ticket costs only 120 CZK when buying in the train and 100CZK while buying online. Comparing to your price for the same train and catagory it is thrice cheeper. Is it normal? Isn't it a fraud? Best, Harutyun
