    Hello,

    I bought three bus tickets from Prague to Cesky Krumlov on 11.04 and back 12.04.2020. Unfortunately all flights from Norway to Czech are cancelled. I have to cancel the bus tickets also. How can I do this and get the money back?

      The cancellation of your e-tickets was done with a cancellation fee of 10% of the ticket price.

      The rest of the amount will be refunded to your account within 3–4 business days.
