thank you for contacting us. We can cancel the tickets and refund you. First, you have to send the tickets back to our office.

Once we receive the tickets, we will be able to process the refund. We will get back to you then.
NOTE: at this moment all international train traffic is suspended until the middle of April preliminary. The compensation depends of whether the train will or will not go eventually. In the 1st case the refund would be 75% of the price, in the latter case it will be 100%
We will monitor the situation and issue the appropriate refund at around your travel date.
