Hello. The overnight direct train leaves at 21.40, arrival to Prague at
10.56 following day. You can also book a bus leaving at 20.00, arrival to
Prague at 04.45 following day. The train with departure at 18.00 has two
interchanges in Basel and Manheim and the total travel time is 13 hours. It is
easier and cheaper to buy a direct bus or train or a train with one interchange.
All trains and buses run daily. You can book tickets directly on our site.

Always check times for your specific date of travel at www.cd.cz as times may vary due to trackwork.
The train consist of one direct Czech Railways sleeping-car with 1, 2 &
3 bed compartments, some with en suite toilet & shower. There are no
couchettes.
GWTR = local train run by GWTR, separate ticket required, €1.55, buy at the
station or from the self-service machine on board the train. Westbound, a later
19:00 connection is theoretically possible from Cesky Krumlov, but I'd play safe
and take the 17:00 as shown, and have dinner in Ceske Budejovice, formerly known
by its Germanic name, Budweis. That's right, where the name of the beer comes
from! You can check train times to/from Cesky Krumlov using idos.idnes.cz.

Yes, that is correct. We are happy to provide with tickets for this train,
too. As said, the travel time is 13 hours. Please note that we are not an
information centre but official partner of Czech Railways.

Thank you very much. Just one last question:
If we take the 18:01 train from Prague to Zurich we will take a seeping car.
We need to know that there will be no need to change trains during the night. In
other words, that it is a direct service. Please confirm..

Is there a night train from Prague to Frankfurt?

Hello. Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately, there is no direct train to Frankfurt this year.
If you want to travel overnight, you would have to travel to Vienna and then overnight to Frankfurt) Or you can go to Linz and then to Frankfurt overnight
There are overnight buses on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
