    We are going to go from Berlin to Prague this summer. We can not understand why is so big the difference between e-ticket and 2nd class. What a problem we may have if we buy e-ticket.\r\nThanks!

      Dear customer, thank you for contacting us. E-tickets are limited special low cost offer. The tickets can not be changed or cancelled. If you book them incorrectly or have to change or cancel your trip, you loose your money – no refund.

      On the other hand you can change or cancel the 2nd class tickets, but they have to be delivered. Kind regards Pavla
