    Help! We have tickets for Prague to Vienna train 23:45. We have left the ticket back home but have scans of the original. Can we print these and use tem on te train? Or can we pick up replacment ticket anywhere in Prague? Many thanks, Elis

      Dear Mr. Roberts,

      unfortunately you need to have the originals. Any scans or copies are not valid travel documents. Here the appropriate section of our FAQ:

      16. I have lost my tickets.

      Passengers must be in possession of valid tickets at the time of travel and must be prepared to produce them when required. Czech-Transport.com will not replace lost, stolen, or mislaid tickets. In such circumstances passengers must purchase replacement tickets.

      At the moment, there are just regular seats on the train-I would recommend to buy regular seats directly at the train station. After boarding the train, ask directly the conductor to pay some surcharge for the couchettes (because these will be „free“).
