We write from Italy, we were on holiday in Budapest in september from 25 up
to 29. We booked a bus from Budapest to Prague with your company: Student Agency
for the 27 of september at 6 o\'clock in the morning, we payed by credit card
for the reservation of 4 tickets (2 adults + 2 young people). We arrived very
early in the mornig to Nepligét bus station as indicated on internet
information (at 5:35 we already were at the bus station) and other people were
waiting for the bus but the bus did not arrived. We asked to the staff working
there (bus drivers and the person at the ticket office) but nobody knew about
the bus so we shoud buy other tickets with another bus company.\r\n\r\nI enclose
the receipt for our payement by credit card, the confirmation of our reservation
and the copy of my Identity Card.\r\n\r\n\r\nYou see that RESERVATION HAS BEEN
SUCCESFULLY PAYED\r\n\r\nPlease let me know what was wrong because we payed for
4 tickets and we did not have your service!\r\n\r\nWe would be very pleased if
you could refund our payment\r\n\r\nOur IBAN for bank transfer

i did not received any replay!
