Hello I want to book from Prague to Krakow. Also from Krakow to Budapest.
I want to have both destination tickets delivered to my Hotel in Prague. Do
I need to be at the hotel the time they are delivered or can the tickets be
left with the hotel reception staff. Thank you kindly. Caroline

You don't have to be at the hotel, usually tickets are left at the reception.
It is always better to inform in advance the staff about expected delivery.

Thank you Lucie. I have tried to contact the Ibis Wenceslas in Prague to let
them know that i will be having something deliveres nd I get a recorded
message. As the message is not in English, I dont understand what I need to do
to speak to a staff member. Is it possible that when I book my rail tickets if
you can contact the hotel and advise them? Thank you for your help. Caroline

Usually receptionists accept tickets without any problem. Just send them
email, it should be OK.
