I would need a bus to travel from Prague to Munich one way on February 4th
(Friday) 2011. Please tell me the earliest departure time. Can we buy our
tickets at the Florenc bus station? Thanks

The earliest departure time is 07:30 am and yes, you can buy the tickets at
the station. But the bus could be full so it's always better to buy the tickets
in advance.
