    I am trying to purchase a train ticket with my chase visa card, but I receive a message saying "Transaction with your payment card has been rejected.

    Object not in valid state for operation." I contacted chase and they said there's nothing wrong on their end and they're not receiving any authorization requests. What is the issue?

        Hello, I am having the same problem as David. It hasn't quite been 24 hours since I tried to purchase a ticket (I tried a few times without confirmation), so maybe I will also get confirmation. Do you have a record of me buying a ticket? Kind regards, Dale

            Hi, it wasn't clear whether the transaction went through as the first time I did it, it seemed like it had, but then froze. Subsequently, I tried a few more times and got the same rejection notifications as David above, and I am certain I have the money in the bank as I have used my card elsewhere. My name is Dale Breame.                 Apologies, it turns out that due to making a number of purchases abroad for a foreign trip, my bank stopped my account to do a fraud check. This is now rectified and my card is working again. Thanks for your help.
