I buy train ticket from Prague to Budapest From the office and it price was
62€ arround But i need to cancel it and get back my money Or to update it to
Buss ticket which is it price 23€
So would you please inform me if i have right to do that in the same service
centre which i buy from them .

Dear Sam, I cannot find you in our booking system. You should be able to
cancel the train ticket at the place where you bought it. You should do it at
least 3 days before the departure. Kind regards Pavla
