Bus Booking 20.01.2024 - Bus rental in Prague / Czech republic (charter buses)

Hello, I am looking for a transport service to book a bus with driver on the 20th of January, 2024, for 30 people for the following:

9:00 collect in Predboj and drive to /drop off at the Lion's Court in Prague with one stop along the way (30 people)
14:00 collect from Old Town Square and return to Predboj with one stop along the way (30people)

That evening I would then ideally like to organise a shuttle bus (also for 30 people) between two hotels (Yard Resort in Predboj and Hotel Frydl in Prague ca. 10km) that is, one journey from Hotel Frdyl to Yard Resort at 15:45 and one journey from Yard Resort to Hotel Frydl at midnight 00:00 If you could please provide me with a quote, whether this would be possible and also how much it would cost for the morning booking (Prague-Predboj) and for the evening shuttle (hotel – resort) I would appreciate it. - where will be a stop along the way? And for how long time?

- I see two times at 15:45 and 00:00 – so will be only two transfers or the shuttle for example every hour from 15:45 till 00:30 AM?
