  Today it's our First day in Prag.I'm.injured but we wanted to visit the castle. WE wanted to take the Tram. It came immediately so WE booked 4 Tickets in your App and went into the Tram. Immediately WE we we're Controlled and the Tickets would be guilty in 20 Seconds. WE Had to pay 4000czk because our Tickets weren't guilty!!!! WE Had Tickets!!!!so WE will never come Back to Prag, because you don't want to have Tourist…i'm very disappointed because of the unfriendly Service…I will Tell everybody in Germany!!!

    Hello. I am sorry. Next time please book tickets directly with us, you will be instructed how to use tickets and you will avoid such situation. For official complaint, please contact Prague Public transportation company.
