Dear Sir/Madam, I bought the train ticket from Brno to Vilnius at the
desk-office 1 on 2.7.2016. at 7:43. Everything went fine until in the train
from Warszawa to Minsk immediately after the start of the trip another passenger
told me, while I am Croatian, that I should have VIZA to enter the Belorussia,
what was checked immediately on Interned, and she told me about many occasions
of passengers taken out of the train at the border and waited for the VIZA
documents. In my travel and occasion it will be during the night and on Sunday.
So I left the train at the first stop Siedlce (an hour traveling from
Warszawa), bought the ticket back to Warszawa Zachodia, in order to find another
transportation to Vilnius. I slept in the Hostel there and in the morning by
the bus I went to Vilnius. I am just in the bus writing this e-mail. So,
I didn't use the sleep-bed at the train D 10 POLONEZ in direction to Moskva
Belarussia), I traveled only one hour till Siedlce and the whole journey should
last 12 hours. I paid this trip 64,60 EURO I also didn't use the ticket from
Minsk to Vilnius which was paid 18 Euros.
I didn't know that I need VIZA for Belorussia, neither it was checked and
said to me in Brno, by your officer at the international desk, what is
professional duty, and not checked and said by the conductor in train to
Belorussia what is also the professional duty. After came back to Warszawa
Zahodnia , I visited the International desk for information and tickets on
Saturday, yesterday, at 22:00, and they told me I should talk with he office
I bought the reservations/tickets, that means in Brno.
Please, help me in finding the way how to get money back for the travel that
wasn't legally possible to me, that means , probably, part of the money of these
two tickets (64,60 + 18,00 )EURO. I will be back on my way to Brno (and
Croatia) on Sunday evening (10.7.2016.) having the bus to Croatia at 23 and
something. Till than , during the week, things could be solved. I could photo
the tickets and send to you to the mail you suggest and could fix all.
I hope you are a good man/women and professional one and that you will find
the way to solve this problem as well as make improvements of your and system
procedures, so you will not sell the ticket what is for the passengers
impossible to realise. Why should anyone know where is Minsk: especially if you
are not traveling to Belorussia.
Many thanks, Marinka Špodnjak Brajdica 2, Opatija, Croatia

Dear Marinka, I am sorry to hear about your trouble. From your description
I guess you bought the tickets directly at a train station from the Czech
railways. We are a travel agency (Czech transport), not the railways. Please,
can you send your letter directly to the railways : info@cd.cz.
Regards Pavla
