Hello! I was granted by the Czech Embassy in my country Schengen single
entry visa. I plan to travel to Prague this June. I searched online and
I found that it will be cheaper for me if I buy a plane ticket from my country
up to VIENNA. From Vienna, I want to take the Student Agency bus going to
Prague then. This will really be cheaper for me as oppose to buying a plane trip
from my country to Prague itself.
Now, I would like to know if I will encounter problems from the immigration
officers at Vienna if I do this? I am quite confused because some people say
that the European country that issued me the visa should be the country
I should first enter. So some told me that if I will enter vienna first,
i should get the visa from the Austrian embassy. Is this true? I only want to
enter vienna because it will be cheaper for me to reach Prague from there. Will
the immigration officers in Vienna ask me why my first point of arrival is in
Austria given that the schengen visa I got was issued by the Czech embassy?
I hope you can help me! Thank you in advance for your answer!

Dear Sarah, I am not authorized to provide exact information but all
tourists I know never had a problem – its because you are in Schengen.

Dear Ivana, thank you for your immediate reply! I guess you're right. Given
that I'm already in Schengen territory, I hope I won't have a problem entering
Vienna first. Thank you again!
