    In the morning of 24th December I ordered my train ticket from Prague to Berlin on 26th morning. I haven't recieved my e-ticket yet and I'm really afraid that it cannot make it so I'd like to cancell that order. Order no. 6252083663320910. Thanks.

      Now I re-sent your E-ticket directly to your email.

      Unfortunately now a cancellation your ticket is not possible, because it is so late…
