    We bought the tickets from the machine N.302 on AM 6:09 in 12/9/2017, the machine get the money but not offer tickets to us. We also responded to your service line and service table at Terminal 2. Your colleagues told us will back to our hotel, but until now we didn't get any contact and money..... We will be leave Prague on 12/21, please kindly contact us and return the money ASAP.
