    Hello, to who may concern, I have an issue that your bus regiojet delayed for more than 40 minutes in Dresden to Prague. I am so disappointed because I couldn't get on the train of Regiojet in Prague to Brno. And I need to pay more for the later train or bus but there seemed to be it is the last train and I couldn't get to Brno on time in the midnight. I know that 40 minutes are not included in your law of delay refund, but it is because the delay that I can't get on the train of your same company and need to cancel it to search for another one for more expensive and later. Can you figure out some ways to compensate my lost? Even the credit card company cost the commission and I can't get back. And all you did is just give my canceled ticket back in my credit count not cash! Thanks for your help, anyway, though I am so disappointed.
