I got a return ticket from Prague to Vienna today. I was meant to return on the 5:21pm train but instead spoke with regiojet staff in Vienna and booked a seat on the 2:30pm train back. Ticket number for this was 3091629362. I would like to cancel the first return ticket as staff in Vienna only had time to cancel my friends ticket and advised me to cancel my ticket on the train

thank you for contacting us… I checked your ticket and I see, that you booked this ticket through Regio Jet directly and this ticket is arleady not valid.. .
So, cancellation this ticket is not possible now…
