    Hi,

if I buy a 1-day pass online (https://czech-transport.com/index.php?…), how could I use it, when I arrive in Prague? What to do after the payment?

Hello. Thank you for the comment. The 24h paper passes can be obtained through us, they will be delivered to you. There are no electronic tickets. You need to validate your pass only once. Subway: before entering the subway, buses and trams: right after getting on them.

      Kind regards Pavla

Hi Pavla! I still don't understand this. Who and how will deliver the ticket to me? Via e-mail or how?

Hello. There are no e-tickets = no tickets delivered by email.

Some customers want to have the passes in advance. In such a case the public transit passes must be either collected in our office or delivered to a physical address. Customers can choose between 4 types of delivery:

FedEx or DHL delivery to your home/work/hotel address (almost) anywhere in the world. The charge is €22–40 depending on the location. Courier delivery to your hotel/hostel in Prague. Charge is €20 Personal collection in our Prague office. The charge is €15. Regular mail (Standard Post) delivery to your home/work in Europe. The charge is €18.

          Kind regards Pavla
