    I purchased from you a train ticket from Lvov, Ukraine, to Debrecen, Hungary (with a sleeper reservation) for 24.03. Will refunds be provided since international rail travel is suspended?       Hello. Thank oyu ofr the comment. International trains running through Czechia and Slovakia were cancelled and can be fully refunded.

      However, trains between Ukraine ang Hungary are still running. Therefore, standard cancellation terms apply

          Hello again, please, follow the cancellation terms and send the tickets to our office. We will make a claim on your behalf with the railways and then refund you.
