I need to re-schedule my bus ticket. I understand there may be a small fee
for this, but I am writing more than 24 hours in advance. I have a ticket for
the 8:55 am bus from Krakow to Prague for today, July 10. I should have
purchased a ticket for the same bus, but on July 11th. Please help! Thanks so

I wrote my email more than 25 hours in advance. I also called and spoke to
someone more than 25 hours in advance. Although I gave her the correct eticket
#, she couldn't locate my reservation, and said she'd call me back. I never
received that return call. Anyways, your website says that ticket changes can
occur if made at least 24 hours in advance. I did that two different ways. How
can I be too late?

1. Change of date: The cost is 2–8 EUR.
Write us the correct date and time 24 hours before departure at latest. More
information – FAQ no. 9
2. Change of destination: Not possible in most cases. We
will have to cancel the ticket and book a new one. See FAQ no. 10 for
instructions about cancellations.
If you want to just get off the bus one stop earlier, all you have to do is
tell to the steward. If you want to get on the bus one stop
later/earlier, write us an email with all the details.
3. Change of the number of passengers: We can cancel some
of the passengers and refund you 75% of the rice for their ticket. Write us an
email 24 hours before departure at latest.
