    I ordered six tickets for my train from Auschwitz to Prague that I have not received. We are supposed to board our train tomorrow night.

      Dear customer, your tickets were delivered and signed for in the middle of September. You can see it in your tracking (781339565642). If you forgot them at home or lost them, you have to buy new tickets. Kind regards Pavla
