Baggage transport

• All luggage is transported free of charge.
• Transport of bicycles is possible, the charge is 400 CZK / 20 CHF. A special carrier bag for the bicycle will be provided by the bus company.
• Transport of skis and snowboards is also possible, the charge is 200 CZK / 10 CHF. It should be packed into an appropriate bag by the passenger.

Cancellation terms

Change of ticket is not possible. The ticket has to be cancelled.

Cancellation fees:

• more than 48 hours before the departure – cancellation fee is 25% of the tickets price
• 24 – 48 hours – 30% of the ticket price
• 0 – 23 hours – cancellation is not possible.
