Dear sir or madam, Me and my friend are informed that we can pick up our booked train tickets in Prague at the office. The visiting hours are 10–4 on Monday to Friday. We arrive on Saturday and leave the next Monday too early, so I was sorry to find out that we will not be able to pick up our tickets in this time slot. Is there any way we can pick up the tickets during the weekend, or on monday earlier in the morning? Or is there an option of leaving the tickets at another store? My apologies for the inconvenience and thank you very much in advance. Best regards, Kirsten Koolstra

Dear Kirsten Koolstra, thank you for contacting us. I saw your order, you booked 2 seat reservations (without tickets). You have probably Eurail / InterRail passes.

I see that your train goes at 10:22. If you come to the office at 9 am, you will still have enough time to get to the station, it takes over half an hour by tram 15.

Another option is to deliver the tickets to your hotel in Prague for a fee of 5 EUR.

      Kind regards Pavla
