We are on the train to Prague but it appears we only have the reservation information. How do we het the ticket we have paid for?

We booked tickets through raijet and received confirmation of our
reservation. However when the ticket was checked we were told this is not the
ticket only the resrevation. How do we get yhe ticket.

your name/email in our booking system.
Kindly double-check your spam. Whoever sold out the tickets should have sent
you some order confirmation or other instructions.
