Me and other two travellers were on the train EC176 Prague-Hamburg. The train
was supposed to stop at Berlin-spandau but it did not stop there, it changed its
itinerary to go to Schwerin station.
There has not been any annonucement in english (only in German), on the lcd
screen there was the original itinerary (including berlin-spandau) so we could
not arrive at our destination and we had to stop in Schwerin two
hours later.
This situation caused us a stressful situation, because we will have to take
another train to get to Berlin,we will arrive more than six hours later, so we
had to send an email to our hotel to change our check-in and we missed an
important meeting in Berlin in the afternoon.
Of course we are not pleased of this situation and we expect a payback
for it.
I am sure you will pay attention to our situation.
