Hi, I'm looking at booking the sleeper train from Krakow to Prague. If
I give you the hotel address where I will be staying do I need to be there
when the tickets are delivered? As i will probably be out sight seeing. Also
when are the tickets delivered as I will only be arriving in Krakow 2 days
before my train leaves. Regards Jo

Dear Jo,
thank you for contacting us. The tickets are usually delivered to a hotel
reception a day before planned check-in. We also recommend to email to the
reception and ensure they will accept the tickets and store them for you. Kind
regards Pavla
