      Dear Raz Sharon,
      thank you for contacting us. E-ticket is less expensive, but you cannot change it anyhow (date, time) or cancel it. E-tickets are only available for 2nd class seats. You can change or cancel paper tickets. But paper tickets have to be delivered or picked up. Pavla

          Good evening. You will print your e-ticket or receive your paper ticket (by courrier to hotel, By FedEx to your home, …). With this valid ticket you go to a train station and board the train. Pavla
