I will be traveling to Prague from Warsaw in July. I know it is too early to purchase the tickets but I am confused by the pricing and accomodations for the overnight train.

Do you sell round trip tickets? (I would return on the overnight train as well.)

What is the difference between a „couchette“ accommodation and a „bed“ accommodation?

Is the number in the grid for those options above the number of people sharing the space?

Do I have to check my backpack or can I keep it with me?

    Thanks for your help. Stephen

Dear Stephen Kehoe, thank you for contacting us. You can buy a round trip, but the pricing is the same. No return discount.

Couchette cabins are for 4 or 6 passengers and there are only the bunk beds in the room. Bed cabins are considered more comfortable because they are for 3–1 passengers, sometimes they have a sink. 1st class bed cabins have private bathrooms. The number in the type of cabin signifies the number of beds in it.

Luggage is transported free of charge. No need to check it in, you can have max 3 pieces of easily handled luggage.

Booking opens 2 months in advance.

      Kind regards Pavla
