Directions for passengers with a pick-up at the Prague airport

The driver will show up in the arrivals hall approx. 15 minutes after your landing time. He will be waiting for you by the exit D with a sign showing the lead passenger's name (unless otherwise specified).

If you are delayed collecting your luggage, please send one member of your group to locate the driver, as he may not be aware that your group has arrived.

Please wait in the arrivals hall even if you do not see the driver, as he has to leave the car park every 15 minutes. It takes him around 3 minutes to return back to the arrivals hall. If you are not able to locate your driver for more than 10 minutes, please call/text us for assistance at +420776877890 (Whats up / Viber).

We highly recommend you not to exchange any bigger amounts of money at the airport since the conversion rate there is one of the worst ones. In case of need, our drivers will be happy to provide you with information on where it would be best to exchange your money.
