Prague Airport Pick-up Instructions

Please read these instructions before your arrival at Prague Airport. They will help you find your driver easily after landing.

What to do after landing

• Turn on your mobile phone after landing.
• Check your WhatsApp or SMS messages.
• Collect your luggage first.
• Then go to the arrivals hall and look for your driver.

Meeting with your driver

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing the lead passenger's name, unless another meeting point has been agreed in advance.

The usual meeting point is near Exit D at Prague Airport.

If you cannot see your driver immediately

Please stay in the arrivals hall and wait for a few minutes. The driver may be parking the vehicle or may need to leave the car park for a short time.

If you are delayed while collecting your luggage, please send one member of your group to the arrivals hall to check whether the driver is already waiting there.

Terminal 1 – Non-Schengen / Non-EU flights

Exit D at Prague Airport Terminal 1

Passport control may take additional time. Drivers usually enter the arrivals hall approximately 60 minutes after landing.

Terminal 2 – Schengen / EU flights

Exit D at Prague Airport Terminal 2

The meeting normally takes place after baggage delivery has been completed. The driver usually enters the arrivals hall approximately 30 minutes after landing.

If you travel with hand luggage only and do not need to wait for checked baggage, please mention this information in advance when booking your transfer.

Flight delay

Your flight arrival time is monitored online. If your flight is delayed, the pick-up time will be adjusted according to the updated arrival time.

Currency exchange

We recommend not exchanging larger amounts of money at the airport, as the exchange rates may be unfavourable. If needed, our driver can advise you where to exchange money safely.
