Hello, I am nervous about switching trains with only 18 minutes between. I've been in large stations in Europe, with many platforms and sections, and if there are lots of people it can be confusing. My travel is on 8 July 2018. I will arrive Bohumín on EC 114 from Kraków Glówny at 13:33 and then must depart on IC 131 toward Budapest at 13:51. Can you please advise me how to easily find the train to Budapest, or (if I get confused) where I can quickly find an English-speaking person to help me without waiting in a long queue? Hello. Thank you for contacting us. The platforms have numbers and screens with train departures. You should be able to find the platform. If you are nervous about the change, it may be wiser to travel earlier so you have more time.
