AE bus e-ticket is valid for the bus for which it was purchased or any LATER AE bus during the same date.
E-tickets cannot be changed.
We require a full name of one of the passengers. A passenger whose name is indicated on the ticket must travel and present the ticket with his/her identity document (passport) to a driver on the bus. Otherwise, the ticket is invalid.
You have to show a printed or an electronic version of the e-ticket on your telephone/tablet to the driver.
