Dear Sir,
We are from Australia planning to use night train travel from Krakow to Prague on 3rd Sept, 2018. We have our eurail 2 country pass (Poland and Czech). Is that possible to reserve the bed when we are in Krakow train station? Please advise if this train usually very fully book in early September.

the main season is from May to September:the night trains in this period tend to be booked even few weeks in advance. It would be very lucky, if you still succeed to buy one private cabin res in krakow train station prior to your departure.
If you decide to book with us, you can also send to us your remaining itinerary, which requires compulsory reservation and we can book, print and send all at once-for example to your acco in Krakow.
