Our platform changed with no notifications and we did not notice this until
after the train left . Will our tickets be valid for the next train ?? Wein to
Praha 11.10am changed from platform 9 to platform 10. The next train is around
1.10pm so i need a reply ASAP please .

system of our travel agency – so we cannot help you, we do not know what kind
of tickets you have. I hope you got to the final destination without further
problems.
