Took train for 2 persons from Budapest Keleti to Wien West on 2 June
2013 at 3.10pm. Train broke down during journey, was told to wait for next
train to Vienna in 2hrs\' time, maybe.Due to uncertainty, we hired a taxi to
Vienna for 75 Euros for 2 pf us. How can we claim a refund for the train
tickets we bought @ 26 euro each?

Hi Pavla, We were supposed to travel to Vienna from Kelati Station on
03 September 2015 at 9:10 AM in the morning.
Due to refugee crisis at the station all the trains were cancelled.
We bought two tickets at the station on 02 Sep 2015 from ticket counter. We
have a paper copies of ticket and receipt.
We would like to apply for a refund for our tickets. We live in
London.I paid using my credit card.

If you bought the original tickets from us, please, send them to us along
with your order ID and we will refund you.
If you bought the tickets at the station, you wil have to file a claim
directly with the local railways.
