Terms & Conditions for Excursions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all relations between H-TEAM, s.r.o., operating under the brand Czech-Transport.com (hereinafter referred to as the Company), and any person or organisation purchasing or using its services (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

Definitions

• The Company: H-TEAM, s.r.o., operating as Czech-Transport.com.
• The Client: Any individual or corporate entity purchasing or using the Company’s services.
• Excursion: A guided tour or trip booked through the Company and carried out by a partner tour operator.
• Operator: The tour operator performing the excursion. The Company is an official re-seller of Martin Tours.
• Deposit: The advance payment of 25% of the excursion price that secures the booking; the balance is the remaining part of the price.

Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, payment, cancellation, and participation in excursions purchased through the Company.

Booking

• Orders must be placed through the Company’s website or directly by e-mail/telephone/What­sApp/Telegram.
• The Client must provide accurate participant data (full name in Latin characters, a valid e-mail address, and a valid telephone number with international co­de).
• During booking the Client selects the excursion language. All excursions are guaranteed in English. Other languages (German, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish) are subject to availability. If the chosen language is not available, the Company will offer alternatives or, if none is accepted, issue a full refund.

Payments

• A deposit of 25% of the excursion price is paid in advance online by credit card (via secure third-party portal). The deposit amount is rounded up to whole euros.
• The remaining balance is paid in cash on site at the departure point before the excursion begins.
• The deposit secures the seats and is confirmed once the Client receives the voucher.
• Payments are processed only after credited to the Company’s account.

Vouchers

• After successful payment the Client receives an order confirmation e-mail, followed by a voucher as a PDF document.
• The voucher must be printed out or shown on a mobile phone/tablet at the departure point.
• We recommend arriving at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Cancellations and Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable, unless the excursion is cancelled by the Company or the Operator, in which case the deposit is refunded in full.
• The balance paid in cash on site is subject to the Operator’s on-site rules.

Changes / Rebooking

• To change the date or time of an excursion, the Client must contact the Company by e-mail at least 24 hours before the excursion starts.
• If the excursion is still available for the newly requested date/time, the change is made for a re-book fee of EUR 5. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Discounts

• Discounts for children (4–12 years) and students (12–26 years with a valid student card) are applied automatically by the booking system.
• Children up to 4 years may attend excursions within Prague free of charge; seats or other services are not guaranteed for them.
• For groups of 20 or more, please contact the Company by e-mail for a possible group discount.

Client Responsibilities

• The Client must carry a valid passport/ID and a health/travel insurance card, and for trips abroad must check visa requirements.
• The Client should follow the guide’s instruc­tions and not leave the tour group; the Client is fully responsible for any group-leaving and/or consequential expenses.
• Tour durations are approximate and depend on the traffic and operating conditions.

Claims

• Complaints must be made immediately on site with the tour guide or the Operator’s re­presentative; complaints made retrospectively cannot be accepted.
• Any further complaint may be submitted by e-mail to info@czech-transport.com within 8 days of the excursion.

Liability and Limitations

• The Company acts as an intermediary (official re-seller of Martin Tours) and is not liable for the operation of the excursions.
• The Operator is not responsible for problems caused by traffic in the city or on the highway, nor for changes to the programme itinerary due to opening hours of the visited sites or traffic restrictions.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the order.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, or government measures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

Language

In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
