    Hi,\r\n\r\nI have just checked availability for my preferred Krakow – Prague train at Polish railway station and I was told that the tickets are all sold out. However on your website they seem available. Are they really? Is your website updated in real time?\r\n\r\nThank you,\r\nMarek

      Dear Marek, thank you for contacting us. The train booking form is not directly connected to the railway information system. If the tickets are sold out we guarantee cancellation and full refund, and offer other alternatives. (E.G. there is an overnight bus.) Kind regards Pavla
