Best way to get from Praha holesovice to Prague international airport. Car preferred or metro trains due to luggage

I\'m arriving by train to Praha holesovice from Berlin next Tuesday morning
and need to get to Prague international airport. I have difficult luggage so
easy transfers preferred traveling on my own.\r\nI would prefer a car/ taxi. Or
simple clear and detailed metro instructions.\r\nMuch appreciated\r\nJesse

Dear customer, unfortunately the only direct connection is taxi. You would
have to travel by subway to Dejvicka station and from there to the airport by
bus 119. Kind regards Pavla
