Prague airport transfers — a private car at a fixed price
A driver meets you in the arrivals hall, takes the bags and drives you straight to your door. The same price at 3 a.m. as at 3 p.m. We have been running private transfers in Prague since 2006.
One price for the whole car — never per person.
It is the question we are asked most often underneath this page, so here it is in plain words: you book a car, not a seat. Four of you pay the same 47 € as eight of you. Luggage, VAT, tolls and parking are in the price, and it is agreed before you pay — the meter does not run.

One way, any time of day or night — no night or weekend surcharge. The per-person column is the fare divided by a full car, which is where one vehicle beats eight separate tickets. Larger groups are welcome: above 16 people we simply send more vehicles — ask us and you get one price for the whole party.

Where the driver will be waiting
- At the airport: in the arrivals hall, past customs, holding a sign with your name. We send you the driver's phone number the day before, so if the hall is busy you can simply call — and the driver will text you as well.
- At your hotel or address: at the entrance, at the time you picked. If you are not down yet, the driver calls up to your room rather than leaving.
- We follow your flight number. Land late and the driver waits at no extra charge — that is the part a street taxi cannot do for you.
What time should I book the pickup?
- Flying out of Prague: be at the airport two hours before take-off, and the drive takes roughly half an hour — so book the pickup about two and a half hours before departure. For a 7:05 flight that means 4:30 in the morning. Yes, we drive at that hour, at the same price.
- Landing in Prague: book the pickup for your landing time, not later. Passport control and the baggage belt eat the difference, and the driver is watching the arrivals board anyway.
- A day's notice is ideal. Same-day bookings are often possible too — write to us and we will tell you straight away.
Where we drive
- Prague Airport ↔ any hotel, private address, railway station or bus station in Prague.
- Inside the city: main railway station ↔ Holešovice, hotel ↔ station, hotel ↔ hotel.
- Beyond Prague: Brno, Karlovy Vary, Český Krumlov, Dresden, Vienna, Kraków — anywhere, really. Those are priced by distance rather than from the table above; ask for a quote and you get a fixed figure back.
Questions we get asked on this page
- We are six — do we all fit? Yes, four to eight passengers travel in the Mercedes minivan, and it is one price for the vehicle: 47 €, luggage included. Nine to sixteen means a bigger van or a second car.
- And if we are more than sixteen? The booking form stops at sixteen, but we do not. Write to us with the group size, the flight and the hotel, and you get one price for the whole party — coaches for school groups and conferences are our other business.
- How much luggage is included? A car takes three passengers with normal suitcases; the minivan has a proper luggage bay. Skis, bicycles, golf bags or an extra case are fine — tell us when you book so the right vehicle turns up.
- Can we stop on the way? Yes, a sightseeing or comfort stop is possible on request. Mention it when booking.
- Do you have child seats? Yes, child and booster seats on request — add a note to your order.
- I have a two-hour layover. Can I see the city? Honestly, no. You need to be back at the airport two hours before departure, so a stopover of under five or six hours leaves nothing worth the trip. Below that, the airport lounges are the better plan.
- How do I pay? Card or bank transfer when you book, or cash to the driver in CZK or EUR. You get the confirmation with the driver's details by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- How do I cancel? Free of charge; up to 48 hours before pickup you get 85 % back.
