Conditions for taxi transfers within Prague


We require the following information:

  • The passenger’s full name, usually we need only a name of one of the passengers. Only for certain connections, we require names and dates of birth of all passengers.
  • The passenger’s valid e-mail address (ideally also an alternative e-mail address).
  • The passenger’s valid telephone contact including the country calling code.
  • valid travel details:

    taxi from the airport: flight details (flight number, company name, and estimated arrival time)

    taxi from a hotel or a private address: departure address, time of pick up (note that it is necessary to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the plane takes off).

We declare that all personal data are considered confidential, shall be used solely for internal needs, shall not be made public, provided to a third party or abused in any other way. When handling personal data, we shall abide by the Czech law no. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection.

Booking is possible only through Czech-transport.com. Czech-transport.com is not liable for transfers or additional orders reserved directly through the driver.

Payment process

  • We accept payments by bank cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
  • Payments in cash are available only on request (tel. +420 776877890 / info@czech-transport.com, at least 24 hours in advance)
  • To ensure the secure payment, you are redirected to a 3rd party payment portal.
  • Each payment/order is identified by an unique order number (Order ID – a 15-digit numeric string).

The order is considered paid and received by us after the price is credited to our bank account. After that, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 8 hours:
1) double-check your SPAM (JUNK) folder. 
2) if the confirmation is not in your SPAM (JUNK), you need to contact us on: info@czech-transport.com. If the taxi is purchased for the next day, call +420 776877890 immediately.

It is the booker’s or passenger’s res­ponsibility to ensure that they reserve or book the correct size of vehicle in order to carry the number of passengers and luggage. The vehicle capacities and pictures are available on the website. Also consultations are possible by email (info@czech-transport.com).

Children of all ages have to be included in the number of passengers.

If a passenger has booked a smaller vehicle capacity than needed, the driver reserves the right to refuse to carry the passengers due to Health and Safety rules. However, the passenger is liable to pay the full fare to the driver. If the capacity of the ordered vehicle is not exceeded, additional passengers and luggage may be added with the permission of Czech-Transport.com.

Waiting Time Charges

  • Airport pick ups – the maximum free waiting time is 50 minutes, starting from the flight landing time. Afterwards, a fee of 18 EUR / hour applies. There are no additional charges for any flight delays. The driver checks the flight status and enters the arriving hall 20 minutes after the landing.
  • Sea/cruise port pick ups – the maximum free waiting time is 50 minutes, starting from the nominated pick up time. Afterwards, 18 EUR

  • Pick ups from home, hotel, offices and other venues – 15-minute free waiting time from the actual booked time is allowed. Afterwards, 18 EUR / hour is added to the fare.

Additional Drop offs and Pick ups

Additional drop offs and pick ups are charged per mile with a minimum fee of 5 EUR per diversion.


Cancellations and changes of orders are not accepted less than 12 hours in advance. Customers have to call or send an e-mail – instant messaging or skype are not sufficient. If these conditions are not met, customers cannot claim any compensation for a missed connecting flight/bus/train.

Cancellation fees

  • more than 48 hours inadvance: 30% of the price
  • 48–12 hours in advance: 50% of the price
  • less than 12 hours in advance: 100% of the price

No refunds will be issued:

  • if a cancellation is notified less than 12 hours in advance.
  • if the passenger books the transfer for a wrong date, give a wrong flight number or uses other other misleading information.
  • if the passenger leaves the pick up point without informing Czech-Transport.com for any reason whatsoever.


Missed Flights

If passenger missed a flight, it is his or the booker’s respon­sibility to inform Czech-Transport.com immediately, so the driver can be notified. The cancellation terms apply in such situations. If the passenger wishes to take a later flight and use the taxi service, it will be provided for an extra cost of 10 EUR. The change fee will be paid in cash to the driver. If Czech-Transport.com is not notified about the missed flight, the passenger or booker is not liable to any refund.


No-show is a passenger with a booked transfer who fails to meet with the driver at the designated place or contact the driver by the appointed time. This includes situations caused by incorrect/incom­plete passenger/travel details. No-shows are not liable to any refunds.

  • Airport/seaport: The driver waits in the arrival hall up to 50 min. from flight/ship landing time. If the passenger fails to meet or contact (email, telephone) the driver within this time limit, (s)he is considered no-show.


The driver chooses the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, and diversions.


The company accepts no liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.

Czech-Transport.com is not liable for any wrong or incomplete information given by the booker or passenger.

Czech-transport is not liable for any inconvenience if the passenger boards a taxi of a different company. Passengers should verify the driver's name and show a voucher confirming that the service was already paid.
