Can we make a stop on the way?
Yes — a sightseeing or comfort stop on the way is possible on request; just tell us when booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request — add a note when you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
A car fits up to 3 passengers with standard luggage; the minivan has a spacious luggage area for groups. For extra or oversized luggage, let us know in advance.
How do I get confirmation?
Book online and we confirm by e-mail or WhatsApp with your driver and pickup details. Payment is secure — card or bank transfer, in advance.
How long does the Karlovy Vary–Loket transfer take, and can the driver wait while we explore?
Loket is only a short hop from Karlovy Vary, so it makes an easy half-day excursion in either direction. Your private driver can drop you off one-way, or wait while you tour Loket and bring you back — just tell us your pick-up and return times when booking. Waiting time is charged at €15 per hour.
What does it cost, and is the price the same both ways?
Please see the price shown above for this route. It is per private transfer, so a return trip counts as two transfers. Pricing depends on the number of passengers (car vs. minivan), not on the direction — we cover both Karlovy Vary to Loket and Loket to Karlovy Vary.
We are a group of four — do we still fit in one car?
1–3 passengers travel in a small private car; 4–8 passengers travel in a minivan. For four people you would be in the minivan, at the minivan rate. The vehicle is always private and just for your party — never shared.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Just let us know the size of the dog and how many passengers are travelling when you book, so we can send the right vehicle. Child seats are also available on request.
