We intend travelling Budapest to Prague in May. If we book and pay for the
tickets on line before leaving Australia, can the tickets be delivered to our
hotel in Budapest where we will be staying for three days, or can they be
collected from the train station.

only in Prague. We can deliver the tickets to your hotel. They
will be stored in our office and sent later, so they will arrive to your hotel
just a few days before your check-in. You will pick them up at the reception
