My wife and I are aged 66 and 71. We will be travelling with two large
suitcases and a carry-on size case. Is there easy luggage storage available in
the second class carriages? I would probably not be able to lift our large
cases onto overhead storage. We will be travelling the ‚Franz
Schubert‘ train.
Is better storage available in first class?

Dear Arthur, thank you for contacting us. Even 2nd class there should be a
special rack for baggage in the middle of the carriage where you can put your
bags and do not have to lift them over your head. In 1st class there is always
more room for luggage. If you plan to travel off season, you can use 2nd class

Even 2nd class there should be a special rack for baggage in the middle of the carriage where you can put your bags and do not have to lift them over your head. In 1st class there is always more room for luggage. If you plan to travel off season, you can use 2nd class with no problems. Kind regards Pavla
