Cesky Krumlov? How much will cost and how long will take. Also would like to

Yes, you can go by train from Prague to Český Krumlov. But there is no
direct train: you have to travel from Prague (Main railway station) to
České Budějovice and there change to a train to Český Krumlov. Depending on
the connection, this takes about 4 hours and costs 250 CZK (10 EUR).
