When trying to checkout and purchase tickets, I don't see any option for the
online tickets. There is only a selection for paper ticket delivery. Where do
I select e-tickets? Also, can we purchase e-tickets for 1st class or are they
only available for 2nd class? We do want reserved seats. We travel on May 31st.
