I am staying at a friend's in Paris, so my name is not at the door, there
is no name at the door. Just a code to go inside. How can this be solved? Can
the delivery man call me on my phone?

Dear Maru, if you give us your phone number the delivery courier will use it.
If you have front desk in the building they can also sign for the tickets. Or if
the door or bell have any number of name it would be wise to write it down. Kind
